Requirements/Fees

The Greater Piedmont Teen Challenge programs require:

• You must be between the ages of 18 and 45.
• If accepted into the program you must bring a non-refundable $700.00 application/entrance fee with you.  Checks must be made out to Greater Piedmont Teen Challenge.
• You must bring your social security card and a driver’s license or official state issued picture I.D. card.  You will not be accepted without the proper identification card and your social security card.
• You must agree to complete the program.
